Motivation. Some technical questions that related to the job. Questions about how to navigate an uncertain work environment.
Several steps, with various calls, one automated without a real person and two with the hiring manager and the team manager. It lasted at least 2-3 months, with sometimes several weeks without any news from the team.

Robot interview - very generic question. The format is a bit frustrating (time-limits, no dialogue). 5 questions (one introducing yourself and the 4 remaining are trying to make the link between your profile and the position itself).
Overall, it is hard to know what is the objective of this step. 3 to 5 q
