The interview included a panel of three people: one from HR, one manager from an operational team (not related with the position), and the boss this opening will be reporting to. It was a very traditional interview process.

The questions can be separated into three areas: 1) those targeting your previous experience (related and unrelated with the position), 2) specific knowledge linked to the technical aspects required by this opening (e.g., corporate instruments and processes), and 3) the approach you'd implement to tackle hypothetical tasks.
Panel with 5 people and everyone is really friendly. Interview was in several languages since they were all required for the position and it lasted 45 minutes with 5 minutes for questions from my side.

3rd interview with country office management, more to confirm if fit to work in the region/country and to formalize selection
