Entrevista
The process was quite straight forward, my resume was submitted by a staff. I was called for an interview about 2 weeks later. It was a contract job and i heard that is the easiest way to get into the Bank. You start with a contract job and then your contract is kept on renewed. Questions were on the position strictly, renewable energy and the future. No behavioral questions and the staff were nice consisting of three people.

The hiring process is long - applied online in early June 2017, got an interview at the end of September 2017, and at the last week of November still didn't get a determination. At this point, it's most likely a "No", but I wanted to help others get a feel for the hiring process. Interview included Technical questions along with personal goals type questions. Prepare for power related questions - voltage, frequency, transmission lines and conventional generators vs. distributed energy resources, etc.. Study the region of the group you are interviewing with. For example, South Asia includes India and surrounding nations.

Two panel interviews. They ask a lot of hypothetical questions. Such as, "if country x wanted to develop a coal plant to alleviate poverty, how would you respond?" Also, several professional background questions such as, "Describe a time when you found an innovative solution to a problem." They lean toward a structured interview where there is not a lot of follow up and give and take.
