Facility Supervisor (Cleaning / Landscape/ Maintenance) As a Facility Supervisor my responsibilities are to support Janitorial / Landscape / Maintenance operations in a building and coordinate staff. Common activities these professionals complete are checking if facilities are cleaned correctly, assigning tasks to Janitors & Maintenance, Investigating client complaints, ordering supplies, creating schedules, and training employees. Selection of resume samples, eligible candidates should demonstrate cleaning expertise, leadership, managerial, skills, problem-solving orientation, communication, and teamwork. Cleaning equipment training represents an advantage. Maintenance Preparing maintenance report / check list for Plumbimg,Electric, AC, CCTV,Carpentery and all other general routein maintenance and assigning maintenance team to get the tasks complete. Landscape operations My duties are oversee both the landscape project plan and the workers who implement it. Meeting with clients (or management) to develop or refine plans for the project, which may include ornamental plants, ground cover, and landscaping structures (Walkways, water, and lighting). I have little experience may create the better design as well. Estimating costs and negotiating prices for plants, equipment, and employees. Supervising the workers who install and maintain landscaping. This may involve scheduling work crews, planning daily work activities, and monitoring the work being done. Training workers especially on safety procedures when large equipment or hazardous materials are involved
