I had a pre screening interview with a recruiter from the us, who said that she will send my cv to the manager to verify my experience and continue with the process. then I had another screening with another recruiter who was only reading all the questions for me and asking most of the time about how do I collaborate under pressure, which was a really bad sign for me, she end up telling me the same as the first recruiter about sending my cv to the manager which resulted in a rejection saying that the manager and the team won’t progress with the application. I really feel it like a waste of time going on the same process twice
