I applied online. I received a email for an interview. Had a phone interview. Then I received an email of an offer. The process was fairly quick, the longest part was waiting to start the training.

Very easy and quick. Immediate response. Very informative on positions available. It is contractor work, but their system is very clear and easy to understand. There was always extra hours available.
