There were several technical assessments which were short and sweet (generally 10 - 40 min per test), which I appreciated, because some companies gave me 10 - 20 hour technical tests!
1st Interview with Director included introduction from me, role description and questions from me. 2nd Interview with CEO covered mainly career goals and good fit.
I believe the style of interview is to see if the role is a long term good fit so that the new hire would stay in the company for the long term. I also sensed from the interviews that the leadership/management style was very conducive for growth.
