Screening with the recruiter, who was great. Answered all my questions and gave me great information and feedback about the role. The interview with the hiring manager was so so. The hiring manager was very cold and disconnected. I tried and tried and could not seem to engage her. I mean, she was basically nice, but it SCREAMED Oracle. Which, if you know, you know. I didn't get selected for the next step in the process but I'm not sad about that.

Had an initial phone screen, seemed to go well, recruiter was nice, we discussed the role and my experience. Mentioned that I’d potentially be a good fit and spoke on next steps, meeting with the hiring manager, salary expectations etc…then nothing, never heard back, emailed the recruiter/linkedin messaged, no application rejection just radio silence - completely baffled, and disappointed.
