I went through a 3 month interview process with Workday for a PMO leadership role. As a person of color, I was hopeful about their stated commitment to diversity. I made it to the final round and received positive signals then was completely ghosted. No followup, no feedback, no closure. The process was unreasonably long, lacked transparency, and ultimately felt performative. It also became clear their leadership lacks diversity, which raises concerns about how seriously they take inclusion. A total waste of time and a deeply disappointing experience.
