The interview process was well-organized and professional, with clear communication at every step. The interviewers were respectful and engaging, providing constructive feedback. Although I wasn't selected, I appreciated the transparency and felt valued throughout the process. A positive experience!

Had an initial phone screen, seemed to go well, recruiter was nice, we discussed the role and my experience. Mentioned that I’d potentially be a good fit and spoke on next steps, meeting with the hiring manager, salary expectations etc…then nothing, never heard back, emailed the recruiter/linkedin messaged, no application rejection just radio silence - completely baffled, and disappointed.
