Interview process was very smooth and transparent. I had three separate conversations with various members of the team, in advance I was told the goals / topics of the interview and that rang pretty true for each conversation. Interviewers were very amicable, spoke very highly of the company and made a great attempt to get to know me and what I was offering and seeking. The last round was a presentation, I was given the topic 48 hours in advance and had a panel to present to for 15 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of questions. Questioning was both about me "in character" as an employee of Workday, as well as "out of character" to learn about me and my methodologies for my presentation. Overall process was wonderful, they laid out a timeline and stayed to that timeline.
