Quick and recruiter was very helpful. Only 3-4 rounds of interviews. 2nd round was with the hiring manager and colleagues. 20 mins HM and 20 mins colleague. Last round was an onsite interview

This was the most stressful and unorganized process of my entire life. My recruiter was nowhere to be found when I needed her. She never responded to my emails, and the process took forever. The interviews were your standard behavioral interviews, and I did great on them. Don't know why I did not get the job. After three weeks of waiting after the final interview, I finally heard back from an automated email saying I didn't get it. They did not even have the courtesy to email me from a real person. I reached out to them many times within the three weeks and heard nothing. This is not a way to treat people that you may want to work for you. Workday is such a great company, I just don't understand why they were so terrible during this process.
