Workday has a early-in career program for recent graduates called the Generation Workday Program; it is a 1-year program to accelerate your career in the right direction. I applied through the Workday website and was contacted within the next couple days by a University Recruiter for a phone screen and then another phone screen with a Manager in the following days. I was invited to their Final Round Interview day which is essentially a round robin style interview. It is a full day - so advice is to have a lot of energy!
