The first step involved a 30 minute chat with a recruiter who mostly asked about my background and reasons for applying for the position. A week later, I was contacted by one of the managers on the team and had a 30 minute talk mostly discussing the culture of the company and the type of work the position entailed. Two weeks later, I was brought onsite for a 3 hour long interview that involved several 1 on 1 sessions with various members of the team. This involved a demo of the software used for the position, more information concerning new employees and a technical test involving OOP concepts, mostly concerning the design of UML diagrams. The overall experience was pleasant and very well organized.
