There were two stages: screening(talking to an HR) and technical interview. During the screening the HR person told me that the company has no practice paying overtime and the work-life balance is a topic for discussions. During the technical interview one of the interviewers struggled expressing the question: they were continuously adding more conditions to the initial question which overall felt very disturbing. The other interviewer remained silent most of the time and when I stated a fact which I personally heard from the core developer of the database system(which they are using) they argued with me without giving me any proofs.
