First intro and shortlisting call with Talent Acquisition team on Teams - 30 mins. Told that if I would br successful for the next stage, I would be sent a test to complete at the weekend. Did not receive any other communication since. The interviewer was friendly and casual, but the process itself could improve.

The interview process was deeply disappointing. It began with a one-way video interview, followed by a 45-minute online aptitude assessment. The test was wildly unpredictable, but I gave it my best effort. Shortly after, I received a generic rejection stating that I didn't "meet the minimum threshold" for the assessments.
It is frustrating for two reasons: First, I never had the chance to speak with a single human being over the phone throughout the entire process. Second, the hiring guide I was sent explicitly stated that the company "hires the whole person" and doesn't just focus on background. It feels incredibly ironic to claim you value the "whole person" while simultaneously disqualifying a candidate solely because of an automated test score. This process didn't feel inclusive—it felt like a waste of time that completely ignored my professional experience.

The screener was 10 minutes late and refused to reschedule. They said they are now in office 4 days a week with no flexibility, but the team lead for the role was fully remote despite being local.
