I go to a local university and they were at the job fair doing interveiws. The only problem was that the interview didn't really exist. They asked who I was voting for, and why I'm voting like I am. It honestly felt more like congratulations you got the job and not an interview. They didn't give me any preparation meterials besides a location and an emailed tax form. It was just kind of useless.
