Filled out a form, was invited to a short zoom meeting where I answered a few questions and walked through solving a sample math problem showing all of my steps
I applied for the position via a form sent out by the department. A few weeks later I was scheduled for an interview with some department faculty, staff, and current PLAs. I received the decision during the summer.
