I spoke to the general recruiter and 2 managers that I would work under. Two of the interviews were over the phone/ skype and the last was in person. Everyone was extremely friendly and and made me feel very comfortable.
The recruiter sent me an email after I applied to the intern position. I responded and said yes, and a phone interview was conducted. He then talked about the various positions they had.

Entrevista
I was notified by the School of Civil Egineering to submit a resume for an internship position. I sent in my resume directly to the contact that was provided in the email, and they reached out to me in about a week offering an on-campus interview. After the on-campus interview, I was contacted by a specific office and came in there to interview with the office director. They offered me an internship about a week after that.
