A recruiter called me to set up an interview at a local Starbucks. I was given a time to be present; the candidate interviewing before me ran over, so we were late starting. The interviewer did most of the talking about how great Woodforest is; she asked few relevant questions about my qualifications or experience. I was less than impressed by her interviewing skill. I honestly thought if I worked for them, I would not like to work under this person simply because she talked a lot with very little to say.
