Standard HR screening followed by a hiring manager and panel interview. While the initial stages were professional, the experience was ruined by complete ghosting after the final step. It is disappointing to reach the end of the process and receive zero feedback or even a basic decision. This seems to be a recurring pattern in their recruitment hygiene; my application status was simply changed to inactive in the portal 4 months later without any contact. If you interview here, be prepared for a potential black hole after the final round.

Initial screening call, then call with HR to discuss the process more broadly, then case study with presentation and follow-up Q&A. Presentation was on a forecast I was asked to put together.
First a 15-20 min phone screen with recruiter, then a 30 min behavioral interview with hiring manager, and finally a 1 hr presentation of research topic to panel and Q&A
