The interview was extremely long and I was not warned of this in advance. I was there for 4 hours and told I would be there "over lunch". I was late to my prior engagements because of this. The interview process and job descriptions were long winded and informal. There was so much described about the company but I left unsure of what my actual roles would be if hired... it seemed somewhat unorganized and disingenuous, although the CEO seemed very sure of himself. Everything seemed good on the surface, but many things were not made clear.

Application, Skype interview, in-person lunch interview, and job offer all played out in fewer than 48 hours. The in-person portion took over 3 hours where I met with the CEO, went out to lunch with him and a few of the newer employees, and then was asked to sit in on the outreach (read: sales) process. The first portion consisted of a math test and mostly listening to the CEO blow hot air about his direction for the company (which no doubt changed drastically no more than 3 weeks later). After lunch, I had to make a cold call and leave a voicemail for a prospective client (which seemed very strange since, if said prospect were to call back, they would be asking for someone who didn't even work there). I sat there for about an hour following this sales process when I was told it would be 15-20 minutes. I was offered the position, took the job due to promise of upward mobility and experience to gain from the company, and started a week or so later.
