Had a 30-minute first interview. The interview was fine, asked the basic first-interview questions. I was told I would hear back by the end of that week or beginning of the following week. Then I was unprofessionally ghosted. It really doesn't take that much effort to send a generic email to everyone that took the time to research your company and interview.
