Intense technical interview. 3 rounds in total starting with a phone interview and then followed by a Skype interview. The phone interview was both HR and Technical, lasted for about 45 mins.

Normal tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, problem solving example, technical question specific to the area you interview for. HR phone screen, manager phone screen then in person interview on site
Multiple interview rounds, multiple interviews with heads of different departments as the last round. Interview process started with a phone recruiter, followed by a hiring manager, the Hiring Manager's manager, and then a final round with all the heads of the departments independently (4-5)

First was a 15 minute phone call with HR followed up by a 45 minute interview with hiring manager. One more round of interviews after this if I had gotten through
