Emailed by recruiter to fill out a 25 question questionnaire, called to do a phone interview with a technical manager, and then a skype interview to do a technical presentation of your choice.
Saw the career website marked my application as "Reviewed; not selected" before anyone let me know.
Normal tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, problem solving example, technical question specific to the area you interview for. HR phone screen, manager phone screen then in person interview on site
Multiple interview rounds, multiple interviews with heads of different departments as the last round. Interview process started with a phone recruiter, followed by a hiring manager, the Hiring Manager's manager, and then a final round with all the heads of the departments independently (4-5)

Technical Questions like about SPC, Troubleshooting tools, Working with multiple cross-functional teams, high-volume manufacturing environment.
First was a 15 minute phone call with HR followed up by a 45 minute interview with hiring manager. One more round of interviews after this if I had gotten through
