The process was a one-day selection process, hotel & accomodation provided which is very rare in today's aviation assessment. Highly professional team, demanding but not overwhelming. It consisted of a few pass/fail steps, including company presentation, document check, group excercice, an hour interview with 3 instructors and a sim session.

2 day selection process. 1st day starts with computer based general knowledge 60 min multiple choice exam, then group interview. If successful, hr interview in the afternoon. If succeful day 2 starts with simulator session then off to a 3 hour pshychometric evaluation.
