Recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn and initiated the process based on my interest. There were 5 rounds: 1. HR screening 2. Manager round 3. Written test 4. Technical round 5. Onsite interview (remotely for candidates living out of MX) The interview process was a smooth one until one of the HR coordinators forgot to share the video links for the last interview round. I was awaiting confirmation on the same, while the panel was waiting for my presence. The fifth round was scheduled after some confusion and the panelist forming some perception (unsure if the candidate is a good player / well rehearsed for the interview) without taking the actual interview. While perceptions are formed, it is very important that the panelists maintain a minimum amount of professionalism and not propagate it to the other team members and influence them. The reason for having different minds in the panel is to have different opinions and collate the feedback, rather than have an opinion and shoot out an email. Although the feedback from the HR was positive and great (as per HR emails), the manager had a different perception. I decided not to move ahead as I felt things were suddenly very disorganised and unprofessional. I think it was very well-planned to not hire the candidate. Really disappointing that a company of this size can do this! I'm glad to have opted out of it, as it's better to stay safe than regret after relocating.

Long process, it may took up to 6 interviews before knowing if you were accepted or not. The in between interviews can also take some time, from 1 to 2 weeks on each.
