A truly excellent experience. I would go as far as characterizing it a unicorn in the Greek market . There was no generic, inefficient skills test. Instead I had two 1-1 meetings with an Analytics Director who had clearly researched my background prior to the interview. We discussed the contents of my resume. Our chats focused less on specific skills and more on my own and the group's domains of expertise, on my approach to problem solving and creating value for the clients and finally on character traits.
