Did not make it past the initial recruiter phone call. And the call itself was very uninformative. She gave no description of the position or the day to day which made answering questions in a way that would make sense to this company vs a different type of company, very difficult. I’ve never experienced a recruiter who is not forthcoming about the position, company or share even a bit of its background. I would not have accepted another interview even if it was offered.

I applied and automatically received a culture index. The next day, I got an email asking for an interview. It was explained that it's a three step process, the first part was a phone call with the HR manager. The entire call was awkward and she didn't seem prepared nor interested in the call. There were no prepared questions and she didn't ask about about any of my previous roles/experience. I was told she would follow up early the next week, never heard back.
