Application I applied online, and the process took about 4 weeks. I interviewed at WithMe in Sept 2022. Interview Very positive process. Had a call with the recruiter who was informative and then a call with the manager who had more in depth questions about the role. The second set of calls were cultural interviews with two of the other leaders in the company. The final interview was a hands-on interview where I shadowed an employee and was able to learn more about the day-to-day in the role.

A very long hiring process. One recruiter phone call. One hour long zoom call with hiring manager. Two thirty minute zoom calls called cultural DNA interviews. My last thirty minute interview, the manager didn’t show up. And left me hanging on a Friday. The following Tuesday I received a call saying I didn’t get the position. They could have sent me an email saying they went with someone else on Monday. It could have saved me the time and energy. If you have a have a lot of time on your hands apply here.
