I was informed by email that they have reviewed my application and they want to meet me. The interview went smoothly and in a very friendly environment with two people from TW. The next I was informed by email that they would like to see me again and for shadowing and I was asked to use TW to transfer some money. The shadowing went normal, A person from the verification team explained some verification works and then I was asked to do some on my own. And two days later, I was informed that I was not a good match for them.
In my opinion, the work was not that complicated and only with some days practice I could expert in it. Maybe despite what was written in job announcement, they really did not mean that they want someone who is able to do it well and no worries if no experience as they will have training. On the other hand, I believe that work shadowing, or better to say their very strict evaluation, should be done with more than one person, then the chance of being fair and removing personal opinion will be higher.
Also, It was good if they could explain why they believe that Someone is not a good match for them and do not block his/her email after rejecting his/her application.
I loved the environment during two times I visited there and I strongly loved to work in there and believed that I could do my tasks perfectly.

No difficult question. Only job shadowing did not really mean job shadowing!
This was back in 2017 before they had changed the interview process. It was fun and conversational before with a lot of random questions. Now I believe they are doing values based interviewing.

The interview process is extensive and you will get questions you never thought you would be asked in a job interview.There are too many things within the company that do not work to the favor of its employees. Especially the ones that have the knowledge and experience within the Compliance Department in the Tampa Locations.
