Generally very quick and to the point. There is feedback provided at the end by the recruiter. I did not find the feedback constructive. Main reasons for this is during the interview, I wasn't asked to elaborate my answers and given the chance to explain my approach in depth. Overall strange interviewer process. This was my second round of interviewing at Wise after having got to the last stage previously and almost given an offer but sadly the funding for the position was removed. Strange that the interviewing experiences were vastly different a year apart.
