The interview process spanned over 3 months. A recruiter approached me and invited me to the initial interview. Then had an hour long interview with design director. Followed by a really intense 90 minutes long design playback stage, which is a presentation and Q&A session. The whole process was fast and smooth until this stage, I was put on hold with no response, no follow ups for 8 weeks. I was told if I pass the presentation stage, the final stage would be another an hour long interview, so I waited 8 weeks for the result. Instead of telling me they pushed other candidates forward to the final interview, the very unprofessional, unresponsive recruiters waited until the very last minute and directly informed me they found the right candidate for the role, without letting me know I failed on the presentation stage and irresponsibly kept me waited for 8 more weeks. There was no appreciation and respect for me during the process, I don't believe the company care for its employees if it treats potential candidates like if they were completely disposable.
