One of the best experiences. It took 3 rounds, first a home assignment, where I had to answer on questions related to my team leader skills. 2nd with the future pears; that was also very cool, because I could understand for myself, whether I want to work with these type of people, their interview style was very similar to my own; they read the CV obviously, they were very friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed. Questions was really addressed in order to understand my way of finding root-cause, managerial style, maturity and very basic questions on my professional skills. The last interview was with the future team leader and this person's manager. Again very adequate questions to get to know my managerial skills better in a professional, relaxed manner. All the feedbacks came very promptly. I loved that Wise had automated many steps in the interview process; e.g. I could select my availability via online scheduling. I would emphasize the importance of preparation; read everything about Wise, familiarize with then future role and possible tasks, practice on behavioral type of interview questions and bring some good questions to your interviewers.
