Huge waste of time! Had an initial HR round, which was good, followed by a screening test. This was a 4 hour hackerrank test, I feel this is long for a screening test. After this I was invited to a technical interview, which was supposed to be a pair programming interview along with discussing my solutions to the Hackerrank test. But turns out, the initial interview details were not saved or whatever. So a repeat of the initial interview. The second interviewer comes in late, again another intro. There was no programming or any technical discussion. Just asked every single thing mentioned on the resume. The next day, got an automated email, saying I have been rejected. No feedback, nothing gained from the interview. Just a waste of about 6 hours.
