The phone interview was automated/pre-recorded. It was very odd. Especially for a role requiring much interpersonal skill, a phone interview seemed exceedingly impersonal. Answers were limited to 3 minutes, which seems like plenty of time, but there is no opportunity to ask for clarification or to develop any type of connection.
