Entrevista
It is a "cattle call". No matter what position you are interviewing for, everyone gets the same thing. Everyone starts by selling inside a Sam's Club or Cosco, even people who are management material or hopefuls. I think it is their way to get more people selling who wouldn't normally want to sell by promising them a "fast track" to management. There is no thing as coming in with skills, apparently. I ended the interview. I do not want to work for a company like this.
They also gave bad directions on how to get there. The exit ramp the say to take is closed. When you are finally there they say to take a left when you should take a right. Then they are running a half hour behind because everyone is called in and meeting with the same person.
Very unprofessional!

I was interviewed by the owner because the HR person was out. She said she had 20 interviewed to do today and it was evident she was in a huge hurry. Everyone was seen for approximately 4 min.

Do you mind starting at the bottom and working your way up if there is room for advancement?

I interviewed across the country in AZ first and foremost prior to interviewing in WI (which I regret). I am posting to save others time and with the hope that someone does not get a substitute or take off of work like I did for a complete waste of time.
The interview "process" does not exist. While someone was in the classroom taking care of my kids, I was asking a majority of the questions and getting vague answers. It was not until I made it to WI that I found out it was a joke. I could do this work in my sleep and it was something I was suited for 15 years ago...
***If you have 10 years of Marketing experience and a degree + a masters you need to stop and turn around. They are fake and act as though they are looking for individuals to come in with experience and take charge. In the end they was you to do petty work and make min wage.
Don't leave your career or salaried job for this bogus position. Trust me!!!! False advertisement.
