First scheduled a phone interview with a recruiter. At the end of the phone interview, the recruiter scheduled a zoom interview with a current therapist. The phone interview was around 10 minutes and the zoom interview was around 30 minutes.

It was very relaxed, spoke with a Lead Behavioral Technician who explained the job and its requirements, a very average interview experience with questions you would expect to be asked. Received an offer 30 minutes after the interview.

Straight forward, curated questions read from a list. Nothing out of the ordinary. Asked the basic questions found at all job interviews. Pretty uneventful. Easy to get through. They need people, so interview process is quick and efficient.
