Its a Mid management position...so be prepared to get interviewed and referenced check at various stages and level during the process. it starts with first level manager telephonic and then face to face. If selected then senior management interview will happen. If shortlisted then strong reference checks will be done independently.More industry reference you have better your chance to get hired.Finally HR will settle for salary negotiation
