A first interview, around 30 min, a 'get to know you' that covers your journey through data science and includes some questions to explore technical knowledge around a project you have delivered in the past. Trying to gauge experience level, ability to communicate, and cultural fit. Thereafter, a take-home technical test that should be sent back within 2 days. Thirdly, a second interview of around an hour where you present what you did in the test. This is also an opportunity for company and candidate to get a better read of one another, and for further questions. Further interview are possible but not planned for.
