First, after Winning identified a job opportunity for someone with my professional profile, I had an interview with the Talent Management department. This was followed by a second interview with the business manager in charge of the job opportunity. Both interviews were conducted in a normal manner, with the Winning counterparts presenting the useful information to get my feedback about accepting the job leave.

There was a outsourcing opening on one of their customers. I was screened initially by phone, then on a 1:1 interview, and then on another interview with the customer.
