I interviewed with WinnCompanies for a communications position. I was excited for the interview, once it started the interviewer asked me to tell them about myself so I gave some background about me and my experience. After that, they talked the entire time. Allowing me to make brief comments here and there. They didn’t even ask me any typical interview questions or about different scenarios. How can I show you I’m a great candidate when you don’t even ask me any questions or let me get a word in?! They also didn’t even know the job description and read it during the interview. I asked questions after but I felt rushed as the all of the interview time was used up. A week later the recruiter sends a basic rejection email so I email them back for clarification/feedback on why in fact I didn’t get the job as I have the required years of experience needed and a lot of knowledge on the role. They DIDN’T respond. Like come on, ridiculous. This job market is so competitive now, a quick response would be nice. Its so rude and disrespectful to not send a response letting a candidate know why they weren’t picked. Its not hard whatsoever. I thought long and hard about writing this review on my interview, and I’m glad I am so others don’t waste their time waiting for responses or hoping for a job with this company!
