The process was okay but one of my concerns is they will leave you hanging. I passed the initial interview, assessment, and final interview and they offered a job after. But after messaging them that I'm ready to sign my contract, I never heard anything from them and I tried to email them several times. It was really devastating because I rendered my previous job immediately so I could start my training. I just took it as a blessing in disguise because of their poor treatment.

Entrevista
First you get an assessment its mostly checking your English. Then comes the interview round which got cancelled multiple times. In the interview round they ask you about your previous experience, give you some situation questions : which you can check out in the below link : https://wingassistant.com/blog/customer-service-interview-questions/
Post that they will ask you to share your screen, write an email to the sales head letting them know that your laptop needs replacement. Then they asked me to create a meeting and how to change the time zone for the meeting.
Post that they said it will take 2 working days for them to get back to me.
