I had a phone interview, then came back for a couple more in-person interviews. I think they usually only have one, but I was asked to come back again to meet with another manager, who was gone the day of my first interview.
The interview was pretty easy; there were no behavioral questions or anything. They basically just ask you about your resume and see if they like you.
There were also some aptitude tests, like mechanical aptitude and such, which were comically easy. I think these were very important to them since the job did require a good deal of mechanical ability, but the test was so easy I don't know how it could have really differentiated candidates.
