I should have read the interview reviews here before throwing my hopes and excitement behind this company. I can clearly see based on the other reviews, their responses about ensuring these experiences never happen again was untrue. After stringing me along for a month and putting me through 4x interviews and 1x chat with recruiter, and requesting that I “surprise” have a fifth interview, I finally got a call that they went with someone with more executive sales experience. The position is not even listed as a sales position, mind you I have many years of senior level sales experience in this exact arena. To make matters worse, I had to constantly email and message the various points of contact I had, with each seemingly pointing the finger at the other, to attempt to button this up. Very disorganized and exactly what others have complained about. The ghosting for weeks at a time is unreal. I started to feel the toxicity and red flags during this entire “strung out” process and actually told myself that I’d be contacting them and removing myself from consideration as to me, it’s complete disrespect. I hope in the future they can re-evaluate their hiring process and be more respectful of candidates time, often ones who are already working full time and finding a way to squeeze all these interviews in.
