Lots of promises of leads and marketing material support to get you on board. They due to the industry is trying to sell you on there business model and reputation because the more agents, the more income thru sales they will acquire. Having been on a team prior, I knew the company pros and cons. However, I lacked confidence that the system would work for my personal situation. Ultimately people are unique and don’t always fit into a standard corporate model.

Brief and efficient, clear what expected. Work as contractor and receive a commission from broker. Explained the commission breakdown would be a sliding scale depending on success of sales. Some training would be available.
