I applied online and then was selected for an initial phone interview that lasted ~20 minutes. They asked a couple of general questions about myself as well as about my experience with sales.

Entrevista
I met with Paige on multiple occasions outside the office, so we could get to know each other better on a personal/big picture basis. I could tell Paige wanted to "scope out" my professional aptitude as well as my personal character and values. From there, I came onsite to meet the team and had an in-depth conversation with two senior recruiters. From there, I met with one of the Board Members. After that, I met the whole team over dinner. We sealed the deal with a double date. Paige and her husband grabbed breakfast with me and my husband because startup life is a family affair. She wanted/need me and my husband to be fully bought in to the vision and mission of Will Reed.

I was asked a lot about how I would go after new business and how I would recruit candidates. I was also asked a lot of personal questions around time management, organizational skills, client management, conflict resolution, life goals, etc.

- Networking Happy Hour event
- In person interview
- Project presentation
