Started with a phone interview that went very well. Recruiter was extremely friendly, and open to answering questions. Set up next interview that was a little challenging, but I believe mainly because I did not have experience with enrollment counselling.

They also use a role where they are a student, and you are a counselor. You practice what your approach will be regarding a student's interests.

Entrevista
Phone and then a video interview. The phone interview had lots of details about the job, salary, benefits, etc. Also described the training process and the target numbers that needed to be hit every evaluation. The second, video, interview was with 2 managers who started out as enrollment counselors and they just gave a lot more detail about the training process.
