Interview Process was very easy. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and polite. However, this is more of a "direct marketing" (a.k.a. sales) position. I was under a different impression when I had applied, and I'm not sure if it was a mistake on my part or if the listing was a bit misleading. Regardless, they were very transparent during the interview process, which I was very grateful for. After the first interview, I had an idea of what the position was, and after the second, it was abundantly clear what I would be doing. Again, everyone was kind and polite and clear about the expectations of the job, what they're looking for in a candidate, and how the day to day would play out. The job is a sales position with commission, though it took a bit of prying post-job offer to find out exactly how much the wage would be. When asked, they were very up front about it, but it did require some asking.
Additionally, everyone in the company starts out at entry level, doing more of the "grunt" work (my words, not theirs) before you are promoted to a recruiter position. From there, you can eventually move to management, but the entire process can take anywhere from 6 months to 1 year. They are also very transparent about this, which I am grateful for.
This position may be a fit for someone who is more of a sales person, but as someone who is more interested in the analytical side of marketing and being more behind the scenes, this position may not be for you.
Pros: If you're someone who is very good at sales and taking rejection, this position might be for you and might be something to consider.
Cons: If you're looking for an actual marketing or management position, this would not be the position for you.
