The interview process consisted of a lengthy coding/analysis test, which required more than 10 hours - with conservative estimations - to be completed perfectly. Do not waste two days of your life for that, because they may decide later to fill the position internally.

Incompetent hiring process, interviewers have about as much technical knowledge as a care home resident. Take home test isn't too difficult but takes a ridiculous amount of time if done properly, imagine most candidates just use AI.

I was given a take home test to complete within a week's time. I got back a rejection and was only given feedback after I asked for it twice, through email only. I was not given the chance to speak with the hiring manager.
